I am so in love with this dress. I would describe the material as feeling like poplin, or like a dress shirt. The skirt is double lined so it isn’t see through, though a strapless bra would be good to wear since the top is a bit thin and see through. For reference, I am 5’1 (155 cm) and 105 lbs, and got an XS. I added a corset belt (also from Romwe) to further define the waist area.
