dude I was hesitant at first but I am amazed!!! I literally have NO butt and now because of this underwear I do! and it looks so natural. I weigh around 165 and I got the large and it fits perfect. I am so much more confident now with these, I wear them everyday, even to work! So it your still on the fence, but these. you can even adjust if you want the padding higher or lower. I want one in every color if they have it. Definitely recommend!!!
